The only personal data processed through this website is what you voluntarily submit through the contact form (name, email, message). This data is used to respond to your inquiry and is stored in Pipedrive, a CRM hosted in the European Union (Pipedrive OÜ, Estonia). Pipedrive acts as a data processor under the GDPR.

Processing purposes: responding to your inquiry, commercial follow-up and occasional email communications (news, offers, content). You can unsubscribe at any time via the link included in each email or by writing to contact@hgnn.io.

Booking: the scheduling system uses Cal.com, a self-hosted open-source solution running on our own infrastructure. Your booking data (name, email, chosen time slot) is synced with Google Calendar (Google LLC) for scheduling and stored in Pipedrive (Pipedrive OÜ, Estonia) for commercial follow-up.

AI Assistant: messages sent through the website's AI assistant are processed by an automated workflow hosted on our own infrastructure (n8n, self-hosted). Messages are analyzed by Google Gemini (Google LLC) to generate responses. Conversations are stored in n8n (self-hosted) and in Pipedrive (Pipedrive OÜ, Estonia) for commercial follow-up. No personal data is required to use the assistant, but any content you enter is transmitted to these services.

Currency adaptation: your IP address is used server-side to determine your country of connection and display prices in the appropriate currency (€, CHF or $). This geolocation is performed locally using an embedded database (geoip-lite), without any call to a third-party service. Your IP address is neither stored nor logged.

Retention period: your contact data is kept for the time necessary to process your request, and no longer than 12 months.
