Who pays for the server and the AI access keys?+
The server is included in your hosting plan at €99 per month. The AI model keys are in your name: you pay providers directly, no middleman. Expect €30 to €80 per month depending on your usage. You stay in control of the budget.
How soon is my agent operational?+
48 business hours between the validated scoping call and delivery. Form, call, payment, build. You receive the documentation and a video link for the handover.
Why a dedicated infrastructure and not a shared service?+
Because an agent that takes action on your tools handles your most sensitive data. On a shared service, your data sits alongside other companies' data. On your own server, it's your instance, your logs, your accesses. No third party sees what your agent processes.
Which AI model does my agent use?+
The model of your choice. All major market models are compatible. You provide the access key, I configure. You can change models later without a rebuild.
What if I want my data to stay in Europe?+
That's the default. Server hosted in Europe, GDPR-compliant. For the strongest constraints (healthcare, finance, public sector), a local AI model can be installed directly on your infrastructure. No external call.
If I cancel, do I lose everything?+
No. On cancellation, you receive the full export: automations, memory, configuration, logs. Hermes being an open technology, you can redeploy everything on your own infrastructure. No lock-in.
What's the difference with your standard AI Agent offer?+
